Inspired by thumbprint cookies, Perry’s Friendsgiving Ice Cream was introduced in 2020 and is a celebration of the treats that bring us comfort! Friendsgiving is the most requested seasonal flavor every year. In fact, many of our customers request that we offer this limited-edition flavor year-round! 

White Christmas Ice Cream (est. 1980s)

Perry’s White Christmas ice cream has been a holiday table favorite since the 1980s. This flavor used to have a Christmas tree shape in the center, but was phased out when we switched over to a new production line in 2007.

Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream (est. 2004)

Before Perry’s Pumpkin Pie was introduced in 2004, we offered a “plain” pumpkin flavor that did not include the whipped cream and pie pieces, which Perry’s fans could use as a base for their actual pumpkin pie!

Cinnamon Bun (est. 2019)

Perry’s Cinnamon Bun was released as a limited-edition fall seasonal flavor in 2019, but so many Perry’s fans requested it, we decided to make it available year-round! 

Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Bars (est. 2024)

Perry’s Christmas tree-shaped Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Bars are the first stick novelty we’ve ever made in a unique shape.

Special Edition Zero Visibility® Ice Cream 

Commemorative of the Blizzard of ‘77, our Zero Visibility® flavor is only available every 5 years. It features coconut rum ice cream with shaved coconut pieces. The next Zero Visibility release will be in 2026!

Elf Trash Ice Cream (est. 2018)

Elf Trash was released in 2018 as a pint flavor featuring white chocolate ice cream loaded with red and green fudge candies, fudge-covered pretzels, fudge-covered peanuts, and praline peanuts. This flavor was a super limited edition flavor, only available for two holiday seasons!

Holiday Themed Vanilla Perry’s Ice Cream Carton (est. 2023)

In 2023, Perry’s released a 2-year limited edition holiday-themed vanilla carton. Perry’s Vanilla uses double-fold vanilla extract, which contains almost twice as many vanilla beans as traditional single-fold vanilla extract (like the kind you buy at the grocery store). This extra amount of vanilla beans helps create a richer, more decadent flavor than the traditional single-fold vanilla!

Cider Mill Ice Cream

Perry’s Cider Mill is the only seasonal flavor offered only in our 3-gallon tub size. Inspired by the popular apple cider and donuts you can get at a cider mill, it replaced Southern Apple Pie as a more modern twist on a fall apple flavor!

Pumpkin Pie Affogato

Coffee and ice cream fans, this one’s for you! Meet the Affogato—a simple yet decadent Italian treat (with a fall twist!). Apple Cider Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches

Dubai Chocolate Sundae v1: Simply Delicious

Let’s start with Tony’s Tasty Freeze. Through their Dubai Chocolate sundae special, Tony’s showed us that the simplest of additions can transform a regular sundae into a scoop (or two!) of indulgent perfection. Their version features Perry’s Pistachio Nut Ice Cream, chocolate sauce, and shredded kattafi for that signature Middle Eastern crunch.

The response? Immediate and overwhelming. Customers couldn’t get enough, and the sundae was so popular it earned a permanent spot on their ice cream menu. If you’re into gourmet ice cream experiences, this one’s a must-try.

Dubai Chocolate Sundae v2: A Rich & Creamy Remix

As we all know, there are infinite ways to craft an ice cream sundae, and Scoop’s Ice Cream & 18 Hole Mini Golf put their own spin on it. Inspired by the same viral dessert, this version leans chocolate-forward with layers of Perry’s Chocolate Custard, crushed pistachios, and rich Dubai butter.

It’s an indulgent treat that elevates the classic sundae into one of the most creative and trending ice cream flavors in the lineup.

Dubai Chocolate Milkshake: A Sip-Worthy Sensation

Last but certainly not least, Spectro Dolce took the trend in a different direction with their Dubai Chocolate milkshake. This decadent shake features:

• 1 scoop of Perry’s Vanilla
• 1 scoop of Perry’s Pistachio Nut
• ½ cup of Spectro Dolce’s custom Dubai filling
• Chocolate drizzle
• Topped with a generous swirl of whipped cream (the more the better!)

Q. How long did it take from concept to launch? 

From ideation to the first production run, Lavender Dream ice cream took 13 months to bring this concept to life.

Q. What inspired this flavor? 

Seeing lavender beautifully done in other food and beverage categories inspired us to discover our own take on this trending flavor. We wanted to make sure the floral notes of lavender did not overwhelm the base and instead acted as a subtle complement. We found the perfect balance between the floral of lavender, softness of vanilla, and the jamminess of blackberry — resulting in a smooth and refreshing gourmet ice cream you won’t find just anywhere.

Q. Who is going to love this flavor? 

People who have embraced the lavender trend, enjoy culinary-inspired ice cream flavors, or have loved Perry’s Strawberry Cheesecake or Perry’s Black Raspberry will absolutely want to try this.

Q. What is the eating experience like? 

Consumers will enjoy the light, smooth, and refreshing taste of Lavender Dream! With a perfect balance of vanilla and lavender, the flavor is delicate and never overpowering (no soapy notes!).
